Return and exchange of goods of proper quality

The exchange and return of goods is carried out at the UNION warehouse only after consideration of a written application, upon presentation of documents confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods:

• contract;
• invoice-specification;
• cash document.

The exchange and return of goods of proper quality is also carried out under the conditions:

• the product was not in use;
• the presentation and consumer properties have been preserved;
• the packaging is not damaged, seals and labels are not torn off;
• the product is not customized.
